I am Dee Gardner and the founder of DMGSouth. I have been successful leader most of life. I have been a  successful manager for over 20 years.

First; of all my success starts with one simple principle, it is listening.   Because I listen I find out what the business needs and what the business wants.  I also listen and find out what the employees need and what the employees want.  Then I align and balance what the business needs and wants with what the employees need and want.
