I read articles about this and it irritates me.   The article from the Wall Street Journal titled Do Businesses Need Foreign Workers I have fixed this problem and seen this problem fixed for the last 130 years. However, owners understand the process and because they don’t understand the process they don’t believe it exists.  If they would just expand their minds they would discover a new world of happy dependable workers.

Most of the time when the process is discovered there is significant pain and desperation involved.  The owners that discover this new world find it because they start to explore for a solution because they realize they are going to die if they don’t find a new world.
