Companies should figure this out, because when the economy turns around and it will turn around.  Companies that have treated their employees poorly will be left in the badlands.

There are ways right now companies can compensate their employees fairly.  But most don’t know the secret; And, sadly, most don’t care.

pay-for-performance is the secret.
